The first step to creating your Project will be to build an overview page to be used as your project Homepage. The name of this page will create the URL. This will be the main link to share for your project. Example - Denver.konveio.com/general-plan-2040
As content is created (overview, documents, forms) you will be able to select which project you would like to associate the materials with. By selecting the Project, the banner will always show up on the top of the materials.
Naming Convention
It is important to create consistency with the titles of the overview pages and documents for your project. Always start with the project name before the component title.
My Project Name Workshop (General Plan 2040 Workshop)
My Project Name Document (General Plan 2040 Climate Document)
My Project Name Survey (General Plan 2040 Contact Us)
From the Dashboard click on Projects and Add New Project
Title - This will show in the banner of the project page and is required.
Disable site header on all project pages - by enabling this feature, the main site header and navigation links will be hidden from the project page. Using this feature you can apply a branded project header without seeing other content on your site.
Logo - You can add a logo specific to the project that will be visible only on the project page. This can be different from the main site logo.
Background Image - This image will show as the background of the Project Banner.
Introduction - Edit/Hide Summary Your introduction text or materials will appear within the Project Banner.
Once you have created each of the components of your project (overview page, documents, forms or discussions) you can then add them as navigation links shown as buttons in the banner.
To add links you will add a title and add the URL of the component being added. The URL can be pages from your Konveio site or from other websites. To change the order of your links simply use the Order weight or Hide Row Weights and use the drag and drop. To add more links use the Add another item button.
