Admins can now assign comments to other members of their organization. Once a comment has been reviewed then it can be marked resolved. Comments can be assigned by admins directly from the document view using our interactive comment navigator.
From the Document>Comments>Select the desired comment or comments to be assigned under the Published radio button, next within the Bulk Update select Updated Comment Assign>Execute
You can further review the assigned comments by the Assigned to column, or using the Filter to view resolved, unresolved and Assigned to.
You will then be prompted to select the Admin or Manager you are assigning the comment to.
Managers and admins will need to log onto the site and navigate to the Comments tab to review if they have any comments assigned to them. They can filter the Assigned to to populate only the comments assigned to a specific individual. Once a comment has been reviewed or responded to then it can be marked resolved. Managers can reassign comments if it should be subsequently reviewed by another individual. To respond to a comment, the manager should click into the comment and reply.
