Recommended Settings
Since you are managing Go Vocal and Konveio through two separate portals, two sets of settings must be considered.
1. Konveio Comment Settings
The most important setting for the integration to work properly can be found in Settings. Ensure that the two checkboxes under Comments are configured as shown below (Konveio typically configures these settings for you by default).
2. Managing your Document

Comment Visibility (Choose who can see other users comments) When embedding and registering users in a different system such as Go Vocal, all users are considered on the Konveio site as unregistered. When using integrations with Go Vocal, you can check or uncheck the unregistered users to allow ALL users to see comments or to hide comments from ALL users.
If using a Konveio interface in German, French, Spanish, Danish or Dutch, change the page to the desired language with the language icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. This will correctly translate the website and produce the embed code for the desired language from the Embed tab of the document (as shown above)

3. Go Vocal
Participants are required to have a Go Vocal account and log in before they can participate. Follow the instructions at https://support.citizenlab.co/en/articles/7946532-embedding-konveio-pdf-documents-for-collecting-feedback to embed Konveio into your Go Vocal timeline.
