Integrate Konveio into CitizenLab

Recommended Settings

Since you are managing CitizenLab and Konveio through two separate portals, two sets of settings must be considered.

1. Konveio Comment Settings

The most important setting for the integration to work properly can be found in Settings. Ensure that the two checkboxes under Comments are configured as shown below (Konveio typically configures these settings for you by default).

2. Managing your Document

• Adding Documents and Pins

Once your document is uploaded, you may choose to check the Document only accessible when embedded to set the comment visibility from your CitizenLab site. 

Then, copy the portion of the embed code shown below for the document you want to post for engagement on CitizenLab.

3. CitizenLab

Participants are required to have a CitizenLab account and log in before they can participate. Follow the instructions at https://support.citizenlab.co/en/articles/7946532-embedding-konveio-pdf-documents-for-collecting-feedback to embed Konveio into your CitizenLab timeline.
